We bake our bread at our home in Leyton. Bread has always been a central component of our menus (for mopping up gravy, piling high with bone marrow, making into summer pudding), so now we’re selling it for you enjoy at home. First and foremost, it is delicious bread of which we’re very proud; it also happens to be organic, made only using flour from grains grown and milled in England, and completely leavened with sourdough.
